Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days (excluding blackout periods; such as Halloween, Book Week and Christmas, where it is 48 hours). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in a new condition: Unworn, unopened, in the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
For hygiene & safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Cosmetics/makeup/face paint
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other type of artificial hair
- Prosthetics and accessories (ears, teeth, fangs, etc.)
- Undergarments, hosiery, socks and stockings
- Soiled, dirty or damaged goods and/or garments
- Costumes – unless clearly unused.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards/certificates/vouchers cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and Shipping
If you need to exchange it for the same item, such as the same costume in a different size, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will contact you to arrange a courier to collect/replace the item. Alternatively, you may contact the Posters team on +97126724724. We may charge up to 15% of the cost of the item (or 20 Dhs) as a replenishment fee. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges is paid for by the customer.
